1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded between HBJ-Solutions GbR, Haardter Str. 13, 67433 Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany ("we", "us") and our clients ("Client") regarding the services we provide, in particular custom website development, AI automation and 3D printing services. Conflicting or deviating terms of the Client are not accepted unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
Our offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded once we accept the Client's order in writing (including email) or by commencing the agreed services.
3. Scope of services
The scope of services results from the individual offer or project description. Changes or extensions require a separate agreement and may affect timeline and price.
4. Client cooperation
The Client shall provide all content, materials, accesses and decisions necessary to perform the services in a timely manner. Delays caused by missing cooperation may extend agreed deadlines accordingly.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are quoted in Euro and, unless stated otherwise, are net of statutory VAT. Invoices are due for payment within 14 days of receipt without deduction. We reserve the right to request advance payments or partial invoices for larger projects.
6. Rights of use
Upon full payment, the Client receives the simple, non-exclusive right to use the deliverables for the agreed purpose. We retain the right to use generally reusable components (e.g. tools, libraries, know-how) in other projects.
7. Warranty
We warrant that our services are provided with due professional care. In the event of defects, we shall be entitled to remedy the defect or provide a replacement. Statutory warranty rights of consumers remain unaffected.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded.
9. Confidentiality and data protection
Both parties shall treat all confidential information disclosed in the course of the contract as strictly confidential. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. As far as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of HBJ-Solutions GbR. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
