One Life verarbeitet keine personenbezogenen Daten auf unseren Servern. Alles, was du in der App einträgst, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

One Life speichert die folgenden Daten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät, in einem geteilten Container der App und ihrer Widget-Erweiterung:

Diese Daten werden nicht an uns oder an Dritte übertragen. Es gibt kein Nutzerkonto, keine Anmeldung und keine Cloud-Synchronisation. Wir haben zu keinem Zeitpunkt Zugriff darauf.
One Life enthält keine Werbenetzwerke, keine Analyse-SDKs, keine Crash-Reporter von Drittanbietern und keine Tracking-Technologien. Es werden keine Kennungen zu Werbezwecken erhoben und keine geräteübergreifenden Profile gebildet.
Der einmalige Kauf „One Life Premium“ und das Monatsabo werden ausschließlich über Apples In-App-Kauf abgewickelt. Die Zahlung, deren Abwicklung und die Prüfung der Berechtigung laufen über Apple; wir erhalten von Apple keine Zahlungsdaten und keine Klarnamen, sondern nur aggregierte, anonyme Verkaufsstatistiken. Es gilt zusätzlich die Datenschutzrichtlinie von Apple. In der App wird lediglich lokal vermerkt, ob eine gültige Berechtigung vorliegt.
Soweit überhaupt eine Verarbeitung stattfindet, erfolgt sie ausschließlich lokal zur Erfüllung des Nutzungsvertrags nach Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO. Eine Übermittlung an Dritte oder in Drittländer findet nicht statt.
Die Daten bleiben gespeichert, bis du sie in der App löschst oder die App vom Gerät entfernst. Mit dem Löschen der App werden alle lokal gespeicherten Daten unwiderruflich entfernt. Ein gesondertes Löschersuchen an uns ist nicht erforderlich und technisch auch nicht möglich, da wir keine Kopie besitzen.
Dir stehen nach DSGVO die Rechte auf Auskunft (Art. 15), Berichtigung (Art. 16), Löschung (Art. 17), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18), Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20) und Widerspruch (Art. 21) zu, ebenso ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde (Art. 77). Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten von dir speichern, können wir zu deiner Person keine Auskunft erteilen. Deine Daten liegen ausschließlich bei dir; eine Ausleitung ist über die CSV-Funktion in der App möglich.
One Life richtet sich nicht gezielt an Kinder unter 13 Jahren und erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.
Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Nutzung der iOS-App „One Life“ der HBJ-Solutions GbR. Ergänzend gelten die Bedingungen des Apple App Store.
One Life ist eine Anwendung zum Festhalten täglicher Gewohnheiten. Die Grundfunktionen sind kostenlos nutzbar. Zusätzliche Funktionen („One Life Premium“) lassen sich über einen In-App-Kauf freischalten.
Beide Produkte sind nicht für die Familienfreigabe vorgesehen. Die Kündigung des Abos erfolgt in den Einstellungen deiner Apple-ID unter „Abonnements“; eine Kündigung uns gegenüber ist nicht möglich und nicht erforderlich.
Verbraucherinnen und Verbrauchern steht ein gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht zu. Da der Vertrag über den Apple App Store zustande kommt, ist Apple dein Vertragspartner für die Abwicklung; Erstattungsanträge richtest du bitte direkt an Apple über reportaproblem.apple.com.
One Life ist kein Medizinprodukt und ersetzt keine ärztliche, psychologische oder therapeutische Beratung oder Behandlung. Die Inhalte dienen ausschließlich der persönlichen Selbstorganisation.
Wir bemühen uns, die App funktionsfähig zu halten, schulden aber keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit. Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei der Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit. Bei einfacher Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur bei Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht und der Höhe nach begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden. Im Übrigen ist die Haftung ausgeschlossen. Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.
Da alle Daten ausschließlich lokal liegen, bist du für deren Sicherung selbst verantwortlich. Wir empfehlen ein iCloud- oder iTunes-Backup deines Geräts. Für Datenverlust durch Löschen der App, Geräteverlust oder Gerätedefekt können wir nicht einstehen.
Die App, ihr Quellcode, ihre Gestaltung und ihre Texte sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Du erhältst ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Recht zur Nutzung auf den mit deiner Apple-ID verbundenen Geräten.
Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften des Staates, in dem du deinen gewöhnlichen Aufenthalt hast, bleiben unberührt.

One Life processes no personal data on our servers. Everything you enter in the app stays on your device.

One Life stores the following data exclusively on your device, in a container shared between the app and its widget extension:

This data is not transmitted to us or to any third party. There is no user account, no sign-in and no cloud sync. We never have access to it.
One Life contains no ad networks, no analytics SDKs, no third-party crash reporters and no tracking technologies. No advertising identifiers are collected and no cross-device profiles are built.
The one-time "One Life Premium" purchase and the monthly subscription are handled exclusively through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payment, its processing and entitlement verification run through Apple; we receive no payment details and no names from Apple, only aggregated, anonymous sales statistics. Apple's Privacy Policy applies in addition. The app only records locally whether a valid entitlement exists.
Insofar as any processing takes place at all, it occurs exclusively locally in order to perform the usage contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. No transfer to third parties or to third countries takes place.
Data remains stored until you delete it in the app or remove the app from your device. Deleting the app irreversibly removes all locally stored data. A separate deletion request to us is neither necessary nor technically possible, as we hold no copy.
Under the GDPR you have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). As we store no personal data about you, we cannot provide information about your person. Your data rests solely with you; you can export it via the CSV function in the app.
One Life is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
These terms apply to the use of the iOS app "One Life" by HBJ-Solutions GbR. The terms of the Apple App Store apply in addition.
One Life is an application for keeping track of daily habits. The core features are free to use. Additional features ("One Life Premium") can be unlocked via an in-app purchase.
Neither product is offered through Family Sharing. Cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings under "Subscriptions"; cancellation with us is not possible and not required.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. As the contract is concluded through the Apple App Store, Apple is your counterparty for processing; please direct refund requests to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
One Life is not a medical device and does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or treatment. Its content serves personal self-organisation only.
We endeavour to keep the app functional but owe no uninterrupted availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability is otherwise excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
As all data resides locally, you are responsible for backing it up. We recommend an iCloud or iTunes backup of your device. We cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by deleting the app, losing your device or a device defect.
The app, its source code, its design and its texts are protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use it on the devices associated with your Apple ID.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
