Foliocard is developed by HBJ-Solutions GbR, Haardter Str. 13, 67433 Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Germany ("we", "us").
Foliocard is a fully offline app. We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to any of your data.
Specifically
All profile information you enter (name, job title, company, phone, email, website, address, and any logo image) is stored only in the app's local storage on your device.
Nothing is ever uploaded to a server. Foliocard has no backend and makes no network requests.
The QR codes and vCard (.vcf) files Foliocard generates are created entirely on your device.
When you use the Share Sheet or AirDrop to send your card, that transfer is handled by Apple's iOS frameworks and goes directly to the recipient you choose — it does not pass through us.
Foliocard does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind.
Foliocard does not require an account, login, or any personal data to function.
In-App Purchase
Foliocard Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information; this is handled solely by Apple under its own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
Foliocard does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children, because it collects no data at all.
Changes to this Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL.
